How to become a member ?

You simply become a member of the Federation if you're also a member of an affiliated Belgian Go club.

Please ask your club responsible to register you as member of the Federation.

--> If your club is not affiliated to the Federation (see here list of official Clubs) you may also contact us.

Membership fee

To become a member you will need to get registered by the responsible of your club and pay the membership fee defined in the club you are joining.

n 0€ to 10€.Globally you should have no more than 30 € to pay annually.

Club membership fee and federation membership fee

The go club in which you register asks for a global membership fee made of:

  • club fee. The club membership fee amount is set by the club you want to join, its amounts usually vary between 0 and 10 € .

Register without affiliation to a Belgian Go club

It is possible to become a member of the Federation while not being a member of a Belgian go club. Then you have to pay 30 € the membership fee (20 €) + a small Federal "virtual club" fee (10 €) onto the BGF account IBAN : BE24-7755-9621-2238 BIC (SWIFT code): GKCCBEBB.
